Indianapolis Children’s Choir to Perform Two 40th Anniversary Season Finale Concerts

The Indianapolis Children’s Choir (ICC), with support from season sponsor Everwise Credit Union, is marking the conclusion of its 40^th Anniversary Concert Season with two special performances at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in downtown Indianapolis. The At the Corner of Bach & Broadway concerts will be held at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on May 17, 2026. This will be the final chance to see the ensembles perform all together before the organization embarks on its tour to New York City to perform a stand-alone concert at the iconic Carnegie Hall.

“We are pulling out all the stops for these season finale concerts,” explains ICC Executive Artistic Director, Joshua Pedde. “We will have special songs commissioned and arranged just for the ICC alongside old favorites, plus the unveiling of what’s to come next season for the ICC and our singers.”

A total of nearly 500 singers will take the stage across the two performances, including singers from the ICC’s affiliate choirs the Anderson Area Children’s Choir and the Columbus Indiana Children’s Choir. Alumni singers will also be featured, making this a monumental collaboration of voices to represent the past, present, and future of this enduring organization.

Single advance tickets are $17 each and can be purchased online in advance at icchoir.org/tickets. Ages 5 and under can attend for free but require a ticket. If the concerts do not sell out in advance, additional tickets will be available for purchase at the door one hour prior to the performance.
