The Factory Arts District, is a unique arts and entertainment destination housed in the sprawling former Schwitzer Corporation factory on Indy’s near eastside.

While other destinations are cosplaying industrial chic, the Factory Arts District is the real deal: a former automotive factory that’s remained true to its entrepreneurial, boundary-pushing roots. Housed on a whopping 16 acres, the Factory Arts District is comprised of two distinct facilities – Factory Arts North and Factory Arts South – as well as two free parking lots.
