Taste of Indy returns to White River State Park July 6

Taste of Indy returns to White River State Park on Saturday, July 6 featuring a variety of local food, live entertainment & more. A flavorful experience that embodies the vibrant spirit of the city of Indianapolis. Admission tickets are just $15 and on sale now.

WHAT: Indy’s largest food festival, Taste of Indy, returns in 2024! This locally-driven festival is a vibrant celebration of the community, highlighting the best restaurants, businesses, and artists in the area. Attendees can enjoy interactive chef demonstrations, unwind in a wine and beer garden, and experience family-friendly entertainment, including all-day concerts and a dedicated kids’ play area.

WHEN & WHERE: Saturday, July 6 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis. TICKET INFORMATION: Admission tickets are $15 each and are available now at Ages 10 and younger are free. Food tickets are priced at $1 per ticket and can be redeemed for food, beverages and alcohol at the event.

PARTICIPATING FOOD & DRINK VENDORS: Indiana’s largest food festival will feature a broad range of delicious bites and beverages from the area’s best restaurants, bars, breweries, and more. From tacos to tikka masala, ice-cold brews to ice cream sundaes, there’s something for everyone. Participants include the below, and check back here for updates:

  • Restaurants & Caterers: El Meson, Iozzo’s Garden of Italy, St. Elmo Steakhouse, Saffron India, Slap Fish, Tako Seoul, Bibibop Asian Grill, Red Robin, 80 Acres Farm, Dick’s Last Resort, Chicken Scratch, Pinoy Garden Cafe, Mass & Belle Taphouse, The Blue Avocado  

  • Food Trucks: Black Leaf Vegan, Gip Got Tips, T’Days, Taqueria Milamores, Ap delicious Ribs, Chef Dan, Pi Indy, Da Blue Lagoon, Samano's Mexican Food, Arepas  

  • Specialty Treats & Desserts: Market Square Popcorn, The Cavity Factory, Marsha’s Specialty Desserts, Cretia Cakes, Lift Off Ice Cream, Abbott’s Candy, Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, Dope Lemonades, Tonia on the Roll, Little Angel Creations, Tea’s Me Cafe


Live performances and interactive chef and artist demonstrations will take place throughout the festival. The main stage schedule will feature performances throughout the day, culminating with headliner and Indianapolis Jazz Hall of Fame musician, saxophonist, composer, arranger, producer and educator Rob Dixon.   • 11 a.m. - Dickie James

  • 12:15 p.m. - Tyler Poe

  • 1:45 p.m. - Pumpkin Holler Boys

  • 3:15 p.m. - Joseph Hart

  • 4:45 p.m. - Cathy Morris

  • 6:15 p.m. - D-Roq + Bulletproof Soul

  • 7:45 p.m. - Rob Dixon

  • Shop local at the booths of several Indy-area businesses

  • Head to the Arts Pavilion to get creative and support our local artists

  • Relax inside one of two beer and wine gardens

  • Stroll along the many trails and greenspaces around the festival grounds

  • Take a go at the US Army 30-foot rock climbing wall

  • Stay healthy with Kroger Health & Mobile Pharmacy, providing health screens

  • Check out NASCAR Cup Series driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr.’s #47 car

  • Play all day in the 20-foot Gamestar Mobile video game truck

  • Keep an eye out for a variety of street performers

  • Clown around with Cinnamon the Clown, face painters and balloon artists

  • Dance with DJ’s Top Speed and Mellow Mix

  • Try karaoke with friends on the Old Washington Street Bridge.

  • Photo opps including 360 photo booths
