Limelight: A Conversation in Sound will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 430 pm at The Tobias Theater at Newfields, 4000 Michigan Road, Indianapolis 46208.  For an afternoon of enjoyable music, join up-and-coming, multitalented classical violinist and jazz trumpeter and composer, Justin S. Kinchen with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Matthew Kraemer, alongside a dynamic roster of Justin’s special guest artists including jazz musicians saxophonists Rob Dixon, Todd Williams and Kevin Smith, trumpeter Mark Buselli, bassists Jesse Wittman and Thomas Brinkley, pianist Reggie Bishop, guitarist Graham Helft, and drummer Cassius Goens.


Following the success of last year’s performance, Limelight once again promises bold, new music that engages, inspires, and moves the audience.   Featuring original compositions and arrangements by Justin, the program spans a rich spectrum of musical styles – from classical and jazz to contemporary sounds.  Written especially for this 2026 concert, the music is designed to Inspire!  


A preconcert silent art auction will please the eye as you prepare to enjoy this special concert. You won’t want to miss this experience. Come dressed to impress and ready to be inspired.


This special performance will be presented by The Indianapolis (IN) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated to benefit local youth through The Links Foundation, as the chapter celebrates its 75th anniversary serving the Indianapolis community.
