A.J. Lucky founded BLQ Medium with one belief at its core: meaningful change happens when strategy, storytelling, advocacy, and community are brought together with intention.

Originally launched in 2020 as a media and production focused organization, BLQ Medium has been reimagined and relaunched in June of 2026 as a multidisciplinary consulting firm serving nonprofits, advocacy groups, public initiatives, and social impact organizations.

What began as a creative podcasting project, evolved into something larger, a firm designed to help organizations not only communicate their mission, but mobilize people around it.
