DuJuan McCoy, Owner, President, and CEO of Circle City Broadcasting (parent company of WISH-TV, WRTV-ABC and MyINDY-TV 23) announced today that WRTV-ABC will debut a new morning news team and expand its AM LIVE programming beginning May 4.
