The magic of the Harry Potter films will take flight over Indianapolis this fall when DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ arrives at the Indiana State Fairgrounds for two nights of music, light and spellbinding aerial artistry.

Presented by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and Fever, the immersive open-air production will take place Sept. 25 and 26 as part of an international tour launching in conjunction with the 25 Years of Magic celebration. The tour will visit select cities across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, inviting longtime fans and a new generation of wizards, witches and Muggles to experience the Wizarding World in an entirely new way.

At the heart of the Indianapolis show will be 1,200 illuminated drones choreographed across the night sky. As darkness falls, the drones will transform the air above the fairgrounds into a sweeping canvas of light, recreating memorable images and moments inspired by the beloved film series.

The aerial display will be accompanied by music and dialogue from the films, as well as a live violinist, creating a cinematic experience designed to surround audiences in the wonder and emotion of the Wizarding World. Attendees will also receive interactive LED wristbands that connect them more closely to the performance and extend the light show throughout the crowd.

The experience will begin before the first drone takes flight. Guests can enjoy a celebratory, Wizarding World-inspired pre-show atmosphere featuring food and beverage offerings along with official Harry Potter™ merchandise. Fans are encouraged to arrive early, explore the event area and settle in for the nighttime spectacle.

DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is billed as a first-of-its-kind production, blending advanced drone technology with live performance and one of cinema’s most recognizable musical scores. Its Indianapolis engagement offers local audiences a rare opportunity to see characters, symbols and scenes from the films reimagined on a grand outdoor scale.

The broader tour will also include a special one-night-only performance at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on June 13. Created in honor of the franchise’s 25th anniversary, that presentation will feature additional moments developed especially for the milestone celebration.
