From the team behind last year’s festival hit “Dysentery! The Musical,” comes a new, original musical comedy about scout cookies, courtroom chaos, and what happens when fundraising gets way too real. Indianapolis company Defiance Comedy proudly presents “Scout’s Honor” for six performances August 13-23 at IndyFringe Festival 2026.
On her honor, Lacy tried to serve her troop and country. Now she’s on trial for taking cookie sales too far. What begins as a simple case of unpaid cookie debt spirals into a ridiculous courtroom spectacle featuring rival scouts, questionable legal strategy, aggressive sales seminars, musical testimony, and one very serious question: Who is guilty when badges, bonuses, and snack-based capitalism are on the line? Packed with big characters, dumb-smart jokes, and wildly unnecessary musical numbers, this show puts badges, justice, sisterhood, and the high-stakes world of youth fundraising on trial.
